EuroCham, together with ING, is inviting you to join a thrilling Sustainability Business Dilemma Game where we will navigate through a challenging scenario, brainstorm solutions and put your problem-solving skills to the test in a fun and interactive way.
What is the game about?
Scenario: The municipal government of Dhaka, Bangladesh has sold its waste disposal site to Top Waste Landfill Company (TWL), aiming to upgrade the plant to handle high-hazardous waste. Your Team must decide whether to finance this €150 million operation.
Objective: Five key stakeholders must come to an agreement on both the exemption and financing to facilitate the plant upgrade.
Challenge: Balancing the needs of various stakeholders while managing environmental, social, and reputation risks.
