It is then carved and served tableside from the Silver Cart, alongside their famous Spinning Bowl Salad. 

What is the secret to Lawry’s famous prime rib, and how do you ensure consistent quality? 

Lawry’s main attraction: The renowned Signature USDA Prime Rib of Beef is aged up to 21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness. Our beef is slowly roasted on beds of rock salt, carved and served from our “Silver Carts” with Yorkshire Pudding.
