Diplomats and members of the Singapore business community convened Thursday at the June DNA networking event, where the commemoration of the Normandy landings took center stage.

The activity took place at the Nobu Bar, located on the third level of the hotel on Raffles Boulevard.

The event’s purpose was to connect some European diplomats with part of DNA’s membership and to introduce Four Seasons’ facilities to both communities.

Ambassadors from Israel, Lithuania, Spain, and Ukraine were present, as well as the Italian cultural attaché.

Apart from Four Seasons, other DNA members at the event included Heny Chen; Noel Ng; Oscar Brito; Oaks Legal; Lawry’s The Prime Rib; Performance Motors; and South African Wine Cellar.

A DNA representative welcomed the guests and highlighted that the gathering was an important moment to commemorate a significant event in the history of Europe and the world, 80 years ago.

The unknown heroes of the battle that defined the outcome of the Second World War were remembered and honored, following the anniversary of the Normandy landings last week, with a reminder that as humans we must work together to make our planet a better place for everyone.

Unique cocktails and elegant snacks were offered to the attendees.

During the closing remarks of Four Seasons’ General Manager Peter Draminsky, it was mentioned that the hotel celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, an important milestone for the brand in Singapore.
