Four Seasons is ramping up its offerings over the next few years with an expanded hotel footprint as well as luxury driving, yachting and private jet experiences.

Land, sea and air

Four Seasons is offering different private jet experiences which will include weeks-long tours around the world in 2025, including destinations like the Serengeti in Tanzania, the Maldives and Tokyo.

Meanwhile, the company’s driving experiences allow customers to explore destinations, like Tuscany and the Alps, behind the wheel of luxury vehicles. Finally, Four Seasons will offer yachting experiences, the company said Monday, around the Mediterranean and Caribbean. These will launch in late 2025.

“The journeys offered by Four Seasons include optional extensions to combine itineraries with bespoke adventures and stays at Four Seasons properties,” Four Seasons said.

Expansion

Four Seasons has 50 hotels and resorts at various stages of planning and development in its pipeline, the company said on Monday. The hotel company aims to expand its global footprint into “key destinations”, which include Mexico, Colombia, Morocco, China and Japan.

More specifically, these developments include a Resort in Cabo San Lucas on the southern shores of Mexico’s Baja peninsula; a hotel in Cartagena, Columbia; a waterfront hotel in Rabat, Morocco; two hotels in China, one in Dalian and Hangzhou; and one in Osaka, Japan.

Additionally, Four Seasons will open a resort in Mallorca at the Hotel Formentor and the brand will debut in Melbourne, Australia. Meanwhile, a private island getaway on Caye Chapel in Belize with over-water bungalows is planned. Lastly, Four Seasons will mark a return to Shanghai with a new hotel in the city centre and continue growth in Italy with developments in Venice and Puglia.

Four Seasons will continue to improve its existing hotels with a focus on bespoke experiences and designs that tie into the cultures of their locations.

Residential property

Adjacent to its hotels and resorts, Four Seasons’ residential properties are also growing.

“Building on the success of its residential leadership, Four Seasons continues to grow its standalone portfolio, catering to new and existing homeowners who are seeking the finest luxury lifestyle experiences in unmatched locations,” Four Seasons said.

The locations include London, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Marrakech and Dubai, along with upcoming projects to open in the coming years in Las Vegas, Austin and Istanbul.

“With our hotels and resorts at the core of who we are, Four Seasons has built from strength to strength as we’ve extended our offerings in ways that are most meaningful to luxury consumers. In 2015, we launched our private jet experience and have recently added our drive and upcoming yacht journeys,” said President & Chief Executive Officer Alejandro Reynal.
